I PRODOTTI SONO GIÀ ARE YOUR PRODUCTS READY TO USE? AND HOW LONG DO THEY KEEP ONCE THEY’VE BEEN OPENED?
Yes, our products are ready to use. Once opened, we recommend using them within one year.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO ENSURE THAT MY LEATHER UPHOLSTERY IS PROPERLY PROTECTED?
In order to keep your leather looking new, it’s important not to expose it to direct sources of heat or sunlight to avoid drying or discoloration. Don’t leave your leather exposed to sources of humidity for extended periods of time. We recommend dusting your leather with a cloth or vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment and cleaning regularly with a specific leather cleaner. Using a protector after cleaning ensures your leather will be resistant to water, oil or alcohol-based stains.
AFTER USING ONE OF YOUR CLEANERS, DO I NEED TO RINSE IT OFF?
Leather is often much dirtier than what we can see. A cleaner removes the dirt, but residue may remain on the surface, so it’s always better to rinse with a damp cloth or a delicate sponge to ensure that all dirt has been removed completely.
HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT AFTER CLEANING BEFORE USING MY LEATHER UPHOLSTERY AGAIN?
It’s best to use the leather upholstery only after it has been properly dried. After cleaning, leather can be air dried naturally in just a few minutes, or you can use a hair dryer so long as you are careful not to place the hair dryer too close to the leather.
CAN I USE NORMAL SOAP TO CLEAN MY LEATHER UPHOLSTERY?
Soaps for personal hygiene or for laundry contain substances that are aggressive to the products used to finish leather, making the leather dry, which leads to cracking. They also are not particularly effective at removing old stains and may result in color loss.
