HOW OFTEN DO RECOMMEND I CLEAN MY LEATHER SOFA?

You can clean leather sofas as often as necessary. Two or three times a year may be enough for sporadic use. Clean more often in the event of frequent use.

MY LEATHER SOFA HAD HARD-TO-REMOVE STAINS AND A FEW CAT SCRATCHES. IS THERE A PRODUCT FOR THAT?

For deeper cleaning and protection, we recommend our Leather Care Kit, which includes a delicate cleaner that deep cleans leather more effectively and a protective cream that, when applied after the delicate cleaner, creates a barrier that prevents the absorption of water, oil or alcohol-based stains and restores the softness of your leather. I MARKED MY LEATHER SOFA WITH A BALLPOINT PEN. HOW CAN I REMOVE THE INK?

If the ink is fresh, it can be removed quickly with our Ink Remover. Otherwise, one of our technicians will need to assist you, because ink tends to penetrate deeply into leather over time.

MY KID’S NEW JEANS LEFT A BLUE COLOR ON OUR WHITE LEATHER SOFA. I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING, BUT I CAN’T GET THE BLUE TO GO AWAY. WHAT CAN I DO?

For the effective removal of color transfer, use our Dye Transfer Stain Remover. In any event, do not rub the stain aggressively. If the spot isn’t removed right away, we recommend contacting an expert technician.
