The damage-response process:
Expert technicians go to the customer to assess the situation and, based on the manufacturer’s specifications—on which they have been trained—they execute warranty repairs on site or have the piece transported to the lab, where the damage is repaired, parts are replaced as needed, and then the piece is returned to the customer.
After a repair has been made, a technical appraisal is provided to the seller by way of a dedicated online portal.
